TITLE OF PRESENTATION:
Two Steps Forward, One Step Back – Promoting Assessment to Support Learning

–>

Student transition from elementary through to senior high schooling in their middle years presents interesting challenges for teachers, students and school systems. This coincides with a focus on cross-curricular learning skills. My current focus is on developing students’ digital learning portfolios to help bridge the middle-years’ gaps and to encourage students’ self-efficacy and ‘growth mindset’.
